Apple-focused IT professional, Apple Device Support certified, indie software developer with 3M+ app downloads, and future endpoint engineer documenting his journey into Apple enterprise technology.
Hi, I'm Paweł Białecki.

I'm an Apple-focused IT professional, indie software developer, and lifelong technology enthusiast from Poland.
For more than a decade, I've worked in the Apple ecosystem. Most of that time was spent building and publishing iPhone apps through my own company, Astro Photons Apps, where my applications have reached more than 3 million downloads worldwide.
Today, I'm pursuing a new professional direction: Apple enterprise technology, endpoint management, and device deployment.
Why This Website Exists
I created bialecki.dev to document my journey into Apple enterprise IT.
After years of working independently as an app developer, I became increasingly interested in the operational side of the Apple ecosystem: device management, Apple Business Manager, MDM platforms, automation, identity management, security, and large-scale Apple deployments.
This website is where I share what I learn, what I build, and what I discover along the way.
Rather than presenting myself as someone who already knows everything, I'd rather document the process of becoming better every day.
What I'm Learning
My current areas of focus include:
- Apple Device Management
- Apple Business Manager
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Endpoint Management
- macOS Administration
- Jamf
- Automation and Scripting
- Identity and Access Management
- Enterprise Apple Deployments
I recently earned the Apple Device Support certification and am actively working toward Apple Deployment & Management certification while building hands-on experience in my own lab environment.
My Background
Before moving toward enterprise IT, I spent years building software products for Apple platforms.
As the founder of Astro Photons Apps, I've designed, developed, marketed, and supported multiple iOS applications used by millions of people around the world.
Running a small software business taught me much more than programming. It required learning system administration, troubleshooting, networking, customer support, automation, security, documentation, and countless other technical skills that eventually led me toward endpoint management and enterprise technology.
Alongside my professional work, I'm currently completing a Computer Science degree with a specialization in mobile applications.
What You'll Find Here
On this blog, I write about topics such as:
- Apple device management
- macOS administration
- Apple Business Manager
- MDM platforms and workflows
- Automation and scripting
- Certification preparation
- Lab projects and technical experiments
- Career development in Apple enterprise IT
Most articles are based on hands-on testing, personal labs, real-world troubleshooting, and lessons learned during my transition from software development into endpoint management.
Let's Connect
I'm always interested in connecting with Apple administrators, endpoint engineers, IT professionals, and others working with Apple devices in business environments.
If you'd like to follow my journey, discuss Apple device management, or simply connect with someone who is passionate about the Apple ecosystem, feel free to reach out on LinkedIn.
I regularly share what I'm learning, the labs I'm building, and my progress as I transition from indie software development into Apple enterprise IT.
If you'd like to get in touch directly, feel free to email me at pawel@bialecki.dev.
Whether it's a question, a networking opportunity, or a discussion about Apple device management, I'd be happy to hear from you.
Outside of work, I enjoy strength training and have a long-standing interest in astrophotography. Astrophotography, in particular, sparked my fascination with technology years ago through a combination of hardware, software, troubleshooting, and continuous experimentation. Both hobbies continue to remind me that meaningful results rarely come from shortcuts-they come from patience, consistency, and a willingness to keep learning.
